They are never too busy to answer the phone I have seen their trucks all over town, (hard to miss their cool trucks). It seems like they are very busy however they are never too busy to answer the phone or return the call within the half hour and that in and of itself is unbelievable. We have a 21 unit office building and Pipe Masters have done lots of work for us without a single complaint from anyone. I had an emergency at my home and they were there within half an hour. Promptness & Reliability ........ not much more to say after that!
